I have worked extensively with clients who have mental health concerns throughout my 25 year career, most recently with military veterans and others suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. I have experience working with ADHD, OCD, grief, and chronic illness. As a Psychotherapist, I understand the need to have your story heard. As an Occupational Therapist, I have specific knowledge of barriers to daily function.  Together, we can work towards removing those barriers so that you can live the life you want to live.

I offer a non-judgmental, therapeutic environment where you can share what is on your mind while we walk your chosen path together to help you build strength, resilience and self-compassion. Laura Nicholson, LSP C. Psychologist is available to me to provide experienced consultative guidance through our journey together.

You can chose to have your sessions virtually through my secure online platform, or in-person in my private, cozy office space at 18 Manitou Crescent W (Loyalist Professional Offices) in the Loyalist Plaza in Amherstview.

I have held the position of  Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Queen's University in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy for the past 13 years,  providing clinical education to students in the Occupational Therapy program. In my non-clinical time,  I am a Skate Canada Sectional level figure skating judge and technical official. I can usually be found in an arena, or spending time with my family and two beautiful large breed fur babies at our home in rural Loyalist Township.
